Custom WooCommerce Responsive Website
We designed a customer WordPress website with a WooCommerce shopping cart. The design of the site is consistent with the company’s brand, and it highlights the products and what sets them apart. The custom WooCommerce setup allows for a seamless shopping experience while giving the client the tools they need to manage it.
Efficient Checkout Process
The design of of the product pages lets the shopper see the variations of the product quickly and easily. There are only a few clicks between choosing a product and the check out process, and the experience is efficient throughout. Shoppers can get more information about the product, see reviews and check out the size chart all on the product page, so there is no need to click around to searching for answers.
Custom Customer Account Portal
The custom Woocommerce client login system allows users to see their orders and change their information. This process is kept in line with the company’s branding to ensure they are always looking professional and organized.
eCommerce & Inbound Marketing Software Integration
We implemented a solution to transfer eCommerce data into the client’s inbound marketing software. With this integration, we were able to gather order data in one place so we could follow up through customized automation, and segment email lists to increase our engagement and results across the board.
Email Marketing Strategy
Lucky & Me’s loyal customer base responded well to email campaigns. We came up with a plan for campaigns and sales, segmented lists of contacts, and created email layouts that told a story and generated results. By documenting out results, we continued to improve upon this strategy and grow their revenue through this marketing channel.
Google Adwords Management
Using both text ads and remarketing strategies, we managed Lucky & Me Adwords campaigns from creative all the way through analysis. We were able to target users based on the pages they visited, serving them up relevant ads as they surfed the web.
User Experience Research
After their website was launched, we continued to do research and make improvements on the website. Using heatmaps and scrollmaps we were able to see what was working, and where we missed the mark. This qualitative data was invaluable in making ongoing marketing decisions.
