Once you sign up, we’ll have your plan in place within 24 hours. 

Yes we do but this type of advanced functionality require our WP Care Plan Pro. We’ll need to dedicate more time to make sure your website runs smoothly.

We do offer WordPress hosting. Our hosting plans focus on speed, security, and reliability, and we manage our hosting plans with the same care as our maintenance plans.

Yes we also offer custom development. Often a customer will need work that is outside the scope of our maintenance plan. In these cases we estimate the time it will take to make the custom updates and our rate is $149/hr. Once the updates are scoped and estimated, you give us the go if it all looks good.

Our support hours are 9am – 5pm ET.

If you do not use a child theme, updates to the parent theme can overwrite the entire existing theme, so any modifications or custom work will be lost. For that reason we always recommend the use of a child theme. If you’re not using a child theme, our development team can provide an estimate to implement a child theme for you.

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through ACH. After signup, cards and accounts are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.
