No, if Hotjar isn't on your site yet, we'll walk you through the script installation or handle it for you. How much behavioral data we can collect before the audit depends on your traffic volume, so timelines vary. We'll assess that during discovery and align on expectations from the start.
For GA4, we'll need admin access. Google Search Console, which we'll configure on our end. For Tier 3, read-only access to your Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts is sufficient, we can pull the data we need without requiring admin permissions. If you don't have a behavior analytics tool in place yet, we'll help get one set up before the research begins. We never make changes to your accounts.
Yes. The audit is a standalone deliverable, but many clients engage us for implementation support after. Implementation is scoped and quoted separately based on the action plan we produce.
